Top Ten Most Populated Cities

This doesn't seem right. It must be urban area since Tokyo's population is 37 mil, but if you look at urban populations, Jakarta is 33 mil, NYC is over 20 mil, Manila is 24 mil. Not to mention Guangzhou which is usually considered in Jetpunk quizzes to have the largest urban population, so how do you justify this?

I don't know how to respond to this. The fact that they don't even consider Seoul a megacity is absurd. This source is all over the place. Some urban populations are correct while others are 20 mil away. Look up a basic google search of one of these city's urban population.
