Kwazulu-Natal Number Plates

The South African province of Kwazulu-Naltal has an interesting licence registration number system. Each district is allocated a set of 2 – 3 letters, these prefix the rest of the registration numbers on the licence plate. This way drivers and authorities can quickly identify to which district other cars on the road belong.
