Q1. How can the moon be upsidedown? It's a ball in space - there is no top or bottom. Do you mean a different way up to how it appears from the northern hemisphere?

For Q1, yes.

For Q5, I meant when it was founded.

For Q9, search up "Weird Laws In Australia" and that will be the first thing that comes up.

A bit of googling does indeed find that claim for Victoria (not the whole country); however, no-one can find the relevant legislation. It appears to be an urban myth.
