Rui Costa was actually the 2013 World Champion- he wore the rainbow stripes from the Giro of Lombardy in Oct 2013 on through until the 2014 championships. The 2014 (and current) champion is Kwiatkowski.

Aside from having the wrong world championship year it was quite good, although the smallest and tallest were a lot tougher then the others and although I remembered Pozzovivo was the smallest, I haven't even heard of Dunne especially as he isn't on the world tour which would of been a reasonable area to count (tallest on the WT I think is a Dutch cyclist on Lotto Jumbo)

I thought Samuel Dumoulin was the smallest cyclist en Stijn Vandenbergh was the tallest.

Kwiatkowski was the 2014 World Champion, Rui Costa was 2013. Domenico Pozzovivo isn't the smallest either, Samuel Dumoulin is, at 5'3.
