For those interested, Q9: (a) The four way tie (Spain-France-UK-Netherlands) was in 1969, causing many countries to leave in protest in 1970 (the first tiebreak rules were introduced the same year). (b) The fire happened at Danmark Radio(DR) in the 70's, destroying the footage from the 1964 competition in Copenhagen, as well as many other Danish archives. (c) The first colour competition was in 1968, in London. However, most households would not have owned a colour TV. (d) And the first, and only, time Morocco participated was in 1980, with Eurovision's only Arabic entry (finishing 18th). This caused a lot less controversy than Australia's first participation in 2015. I don't have a source for most of this, but eurovision.tv/events has some details.
