Largest Cities With Only One Vowel

Name the cities with largest populations whose names contain only one vowel, which may be repeated.
Two answers are given, since the name also contains Y, even though I believe it is not used as a vowel.
Sydney and Calgary do not qualify since Y is used as a vowel in those.
Population figures from wikipedia.

Great idea! Note: Kyoto contains O and the vowel Y, so it shouldn't be given. Same applies for Tokyo, depending on its pronunciation, so it should be given anyway :) I love the setup!

What about Warsaw (Wikipedia population: 1,748,916), Perth (Wikipedia population: 2,066,564), Shenzhen (Wikipedia population: 11,908,400) , Havana (Wikipedia population: 2,106,146), etc.?

Sorry. Do not use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_cities as a source. It is very incomplete. I am trying to salvage this quiz. Please bear with me.

Here is the corrected version. Let me know if there still omitted cities. Boston and Oslo fall short.
