To use 'city' for some of these British answers is a misnomer. eg Dallas and Houston in Scotland are little more than villages. In the UK a city is a strictly defined entity, classified by the monarch. Durham is a city, Dallas and Houston are not

many of the american "cities" are not officially cities either. i am using cities as a colloquial term for settlements

The Austrian city picked here is actually called "Deutsch-Wagram" not "Wagram". "Wagram" is mountain like structure along the Danube river that stretches from Krems all the way to Slovakia.
