the Netherlands has the biggest port in Europe, so a lot of the Chinese goods enter through there.

That should not be counted as an import by the Netherlands, unless they are importing semi-finished goods for assembly (this does not happen).

Interesting how China, for a long time, cut off travel to and from Taiwan, but they are still a massive trading partner. I guess business comes first.
