In de "Libya" square, The dot for Cairo is visible, but apparently not accepted. Is that on purpose or missed?

If you zoom in, the dot is actually outside the square!

I don't see a cairo dot, I see tripoli and valetta, but no cairo

Actually, the dot has a small sliver on the eastern side. But you have to zoom in a lot. Not saying it should count though because of how absolutely narrow it is.

This one is actually rather tough with there always being a square with some tiny island nation with a capital you only heard about on jetpunk.

Agreed, it's one thing to memorize all the capitals of Oceania, but it's another thing to determine which island nation is actually shown and what the corresponding capital is.

If you've got enough time left, just go through all of them. You'll hit the right one eventually.

Brunei is rather easy as you just have to type Bandar i think, but Palau is truly hard. Ngerulmud has like 300 inhabitants according to Wikipedia.

Since when Colombo has changed to Kotte for Sri Lanka ?
+1
Level 68
Jan 6, 2020
Colombo is de facto economic and legislative capital, but Kotte is the official and administrative capital. See this from Wikipedia:

Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, commonly known as Kotte ([kɔːte]), is the official, administrative capital of Sri Lanka. Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte is a satellite city and located within the urban area of Sri Lanka's de facto economic and legislative capital, Colombo.
