I do not know what to do with Dallas, because the Rangers have their home stadium in Arlington.... Could there be a caveat or an update?

Yeah, it's in Arlington, which borders both Dallas and Fort Worth. Arlington, Texas would have about 800 people and no professional sports without Dallas-Fort Worth.

Likewise, San Jose is part of the San Francisco Bay Area, which actually has 2 baseball teams.
