Guess the 1970s song lyrics #283

1976. The exclusion of this song from their best selling album marked a growing tension in the band. The band was driving in Maryland and the vocalist saw a freeway sign with this song title on the sign. She was breaking up with another band member and it symbolized what they could have been together. It's been called the best song never to make it on an album. It became the B side to the song her ex wrote about their break up.
