Walking Across Borders: Counties of England

Start at Cornwall and finish at the City of London, only going between counties where there is a land border. Because there are many possibilities for how to do this, the number of letters is given for each county. Not included: Isle of Wight.
There will be some tolerance for some of the harder spellings.

Well, basically you are walking around England only visiting each county once. You have to give the correct route.
