EDIT - 18/02/24: Increase total cities to 100.

For those wondering about Moscow's low population count; it was burned down by the time it was captured by Napoleon. About 16,000 to 25,000 people resided in what was left of the city by the time the French arrived. The city had a population of 300,000 before this.

Another point of interest is the client kingdom of Spain, which at this point controlled very little territory. With the ongoing Peninsular War at the time, coalition forces had already seized back a lot of land in favour of the Bourbon dynasty.
