Cool quiz! Crazy that tiny Armenia controlled so much of the Middle East at one point (although I'm assuming this didn't last very long, since the Romans eventually took over most of it).

Thanks. It remained pretty big for a while, just not as big as seen here. There would still be a lot of Armenians living in the east of modern-day Turkey until c. 1915, when the Armenian Genocide happened. Either way, the Treaty of Lausanne originally planned to give this land to the newly independent First Republic of Armenia at the time.

Back then Armenia was about 10 times bigger than it's now. Till 1915-1923 almost all eastern part of modern Turkey, originally Western Armenia (with Lesser Armenia that wasn't part of this empire) as well as Cilicia was populated by Armenians. The only reason why there are no Armenians today is the Genocide of Armenians committed by turks in the end of 19 and beginning of 20 centuries.
