Magic: The Gathering (MTG) Commander Ban List

Name every card which is currently banned in the Commander MTG format as of November 2023. Cards are listed in the order that they were banned. Cards banned at the same time are in alphabetical order, unless it's a full cycle which then follows color order. While the format was first made in 1994, and first popularized in 1996, at the time it didn't have an official ban-list. The earliest known banlist is form 2002, but none of the cards banned at that time are still on the list. As such the first proper banlist was in 2005 which is where this ban list will begin.
I am not including any cards with the ante mechanic, the Conspiracy card type, or ones banned for racist depictions.
