(1) These countries have no highways so this is the highest speed you can drive outside the city.

(2) The first highway isn't build yet but the highway will be 100km/h max.

(3) Austria is testing highways with a speed of 140km/h, normally it's 130 km/h.

(4) ''Fast Roads'', you can drive 140km/h.

(5) There are at some parts no speed limit, the advise is [130] and if you drive faster you may risk that the insurance company compensate less or nothing by an accident.

(6) There is anounced that there might by highways with 150km/h but no highway is confirmed to have that, it's now 130km/h.

(7) Some highway have no speed limit yet.
