I was confused on the soup nazi question. It should ask "Who is famous for his crab bisque, infamous for his temper?"

good tough quiz. almost got confused on the "No smell, no tell, scotch" line because the answer for the blank would be "scotch" but i then realized you wanted the name of Hennigans
