After doing a bit of research, it turns out Queso Fresco was invented in Spain, but was popularized in Latin America, so to prevent confusion, I'm going to switch it out with a different cheese, thanks for letting me know! Also you were right about it being an "e", not an "a".
originally, the Emmental is Swiss, it comes from the valley (tal) of the Emme river, it is called Emmentaler. Then there are French and German Emmentals
I'm from Spain, and I always thought that queso fresco came from here, but is cool to learn that it is from Mexico
And I think its Emmental, not Emmantal
