I'd say top 5, but definitely not number 1. Randy Moss had 69 receptions, 1,313 yards, and 17 TDs. Justin Jefferson had 88 receptions and 1,400 yards, but he had only 7 touchdowns. Anquan Boldin was almost undeniably better, as he almost had higher stats than Jefferson in every category(101 receptions, 1,377 yards, 8 TDs). Other receivers like Bill Groman (72 receptions, 1,473 yards, 12 TDs), Billy Howton (53 receptions, 1,231 yards, 13 TDs), and John Jefferson (56 receptions, 1,001 yards, 13 TDs) were also arguably better than Justin Jefferson. While Jefferson's season was certainly impressive, with an astonishing number of catches and yards, his relative shortcomings in touchdown receptions are enough to deny him a spot at the top of the list.
