I think that you really ought to call this "US Medical Abbreviations". In English, you spell oesophagus thus so two of your answers don't work. BPH would be benign prostatic hypertrophy, a rectal examination would be a PR (examination "per rectum"). I've worked in UK hospitals for nearly 40 years and never seen "COL" for colonoscopy. IVP went out years ago - it's now an IVU (intravenous urogram) and UTI stands for Urinary Tract Infection.
