The question wasn't asking for the course that's held it most often but I've modified the text slightly to clarify.

I just meant that Royal Liverpool was also a correct answer, and is probably the more famous course. If you don't want to accept it, because you don't want to give it away for free when you already have Liverpool as the answer to the county town, then the question could do with a little more rewording.
