"Palestine" doesn't really have control over anything... but Gaza is pretty much completely autonomous even though they don't really control their own borders. But Gaza and "Palestine" aren't the same thing. Also, I could be wrong, but isn't Western Sahara simply disputed territory between Mauritania and Morocco? Is there any Western Saharan government at all?
The Palestinian Authority has been officially absorbed and replaced by the 'State of Palestine' in January 2013 and executes certain administrative tasks of self-government in most parts of the West Bank. Meanwhile the Hamas government on Gaza Strip does not have any recognition from other states. Mauritania abandoned its claim on Western Sahara in August 1979. The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic is recognised by 40 states currently and controls about 20-25% of the territory it claims.
okay. thanks for the information about Western Sahara. but concerning Palestine... like you admit here... there is one government that controls *parts* of the West Bank (though, the West Bank is still under total Israeli occupation), and another government/gang that has no recognition but exerts control over Gaza. Neither control "Palestine."
