Exclude coastlines along lakes/inland seas but include estuary
Include overseas territory as long as it has a continental coastline (i.e. not an island)
Angola coastlines are separated by DR Congo. Lithuania coastlines are separated by Russia. Senegal coastlines are separated by The Gambia. Without counting the islands, Greece has only a single continuous coastline
I can't see why Belgium or the Netherlands is included ...
