Lovely to see the dreaming spires pop up on here, my dad used to run a pub not far from where that was taken :)

How could you pass up a chance to include Ouagadougou in a quiz?! And Omsk is not too bad either.

To be fair a lot of the times the picture isn't what's recognizable (like Orleans in this quiz if you don't know the flags). If the clue was "African city" and you knew it started with an O then getting it right would become pretty feasible no matter how recognizable the picture was.

Stupidly did not give attention to the state names on the Ozark map. Saw Boston and tried to think of an Appalachin branch in New England!

In my head, Orleans is inextricably linked with Joan of Arc.

Missed Ottawa and I'm Canadian. A beaver or a moose in front of the parliament building in the photo would have been a big help.

I know what Rozzi means - one would normally think of region as being some kind of defined area, whereas outback is just a generic term for the remote/uninhabited interior areas of of Oz

5/18 is a lot, and Oakland is almost entirely irrelevant, Oklahoma is just another state map question that has been on a few of these, the picture for Okinawa is a bit embarrassing, the Ozarks - okay there's a famous TV show there so I'll allow it (didn't know it was mountains though!)

Suprised that Orleans got chosen over Oslo but maybe it's a recognition thing (although 22% isn't too exciting)
