Nice quiz! How about including viola for the concerto section? The sinfonia concertante is essentially a concerto, and is for violin and viola.

Hmm, line ball call, but OK! I see there's also a piece on youtube described as a Viola Concerto, although the feedback section there suggests it's actually his bassoon concerto, re-tweaked.

Revisiting this quiz, I'm struck by another curiosity - what is this mysterious Mozart cello concerto? Haydn wrote famous ones, but there's nothing by Mozart...

According to Wikipedia, there's Cello Concerto, K. 206a, composed in 1775, and now lost.

All the opera title translations now work, which leaves me thinking that Don John doesn't quite sound the same.

Great quiz. I think you could argue that La clemenza di Tito is his last opera, so maybe you want to specify the hint for The Magic Flute.

True! Although the answer opera premiered after The Clemency of Titus, they seem to have been written in overlapping time in 1791, so we've tweaked the clue as you suggested.
