Its really sad how not many people knew any of these apart from Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Bergen belsen. This was one of the most HORRIFIC times in history, yet we never learn about it. I only knew four or five of these from my own personal reading, but we only ever learnt what happened beforehand and not the event itself. How are we ever going improve as a society if we never fully learn what actually happened. Its sort of like we are only noting the big camps, without actually realising there were WAY more camps, and WAY more extermination camps. Its devastating to know this happened, that there were sick enough people who would do that, and not many people know the truth - the true extent as to which it happened.
