The End of the Blockbuster Sitcom?

I compiled a list of Situation Comedy shows and looked at their TV ratings and I observe a noticable decline in viewership for pretty much every show. Are we coming to the end of the ratings juggernaut era? Are streaming services going to replace TV progamming?
