War of the States

Tensions are rising in the United States. After every state seceded to form it's own country, states begin to act aggressively towards each other. Some states are militarizing. Others look to Europe and Asia for support. But all of them begin to suspect their neighbors.

The War in the Carolina rages on. But tensions are highest in California and Oregon. Could California split up? Michigan and Wisconsin are also having some problems. Who will win the Carolina War, the California war and the war of the Peninsula.
