The English language is so imprecise. My intended meaning of "since 1980" is "after 1980", not "during or after 1980". Both meanings are valid.

Hmmm, doesn't anyone else find the US government owning 79.6% of the land in the same state as Area 51 suspicious? Like how do we know it's not a training ground for a government-funded alien army that's gonna take over the US?

If the government is funding this "alien army," creating said army to do its bidding, it can't be to take over the government - why/how would the government take over itself? Our concern should be that we outdated human drones will be replaced by more efficient and reliable alien army drones! ;-)

Re 322: The name "Cartagena" seems to be an amalgam of the city's Latin name "Carthago nova" (as it was called in Ancient Roman times). This in fact means "New New Town", since Carthago is a latinised form of the Punic Qart Hadash, meaning New Town.
