I immediately got that one without thinking, had no idea about shinto though. And I am pretty sure I came across that question earlier today haha didnt stick aparently...
"Oliver or Annie" is way to vague. I kept thinking about 6-letters synonym to "name", than to "hurricane" and several other words. No, knowing the answer, I believe "Oliver" refers to Oliver Twist, but that could be given in full, not only his first name. And still I have no idea about Annie
I also read it as professor the first time, and for some reason that seemed like a plausible question, so i didn't re-read it, and then i never figured out the answer.
and as it has to connect with Q1 "Opaque," because in a chain quiz the last connects to the first, your options are limited... have you never done a chain before? they are brilliant!...BUT, QM for the benefit is the newbies, maybe add something in the instructions to effect that the first and last connect also..
"The Oracle"? There were several oracles in antiquity, Delphi is (and was) just the most famous. (In fact, the second most famous is Dodona, which coincidentally also has six letters and starts with D.)
