I like this quiz, but definitely need some alternate accepted answers, particularly for the date questions. Each country has different ways of writing a typical date. And there was no consistency for names: accepted Hitler, Churchill, Stalin, but needed the full name for Roosevelt, Rommel, and a couple others I think.
I like that this was a bit harder than most quizzes!
"Seigfried" is still wrong. S-I-E-G-F-R-I-E-D. Also "Emperor", not "Emporer". What's a "capital ship" ? It's a good mix of easy and hard questions, though some are really almost impossible unless you are a war nut. :)
The Wehrmacht was not the German army, that was the Heer. The Wehrmacht was all of the German military (Heer, Kriegsmarine, and Luftwaffe). Also, for questions regarding dates, you should accept "December 7 1941" or "December 7th 1941". Otherwise, good quiz.
operation husky is the invasion of sicily, the invasion of italy was codenamed operation avalanche, operation baytown and operation slapstick, as the invasion of italy had 3 main focus points, any of those 3 would be correct, however operation husky is wrong
