With due respect, while these emperors may be notable, I feel like there are way more important/significant people who have been left off, such as Nero, Marcus Aurelius, Hadrian, and Constantine. Besides the first few and the last one, I think most of these names are very obscure for those who aren't hardcore Roman history buffs. I'd appreciate it if you could add a few of the more well-known ones.

I hear you, I wanted a selection from the entire imperial period as the more famous emperor's tend to cluster in groups (Julio Claudians, 5 good emperor's etc).

Although on reflection it there is a significant period after the last emperor reflected on here which gets no mention

Hard to justify Didius Julianus as notable, he was just one of many short-lived emperors and didn't really achieve much that was worthy of special attention. Suggest you rename the quiz because some of your choices are quirky perhaps rather than notable. Maybe just call it "Roman Emperors" or "Selected Roman Emperors".

The fact he openly purchased it in an auction is quite a notable occurrence. Not sure if that's ever happened anywhere else.

Being a rare occurrence doesn't necessarily make it notable, quirky perhaps as I said but that's about it.

5 stars for including my guy Max Thrax. Caracalla also a great inclusion - the forgotten 4th on the Mt Rushmore of immature psycho emperors alongside Nero, Caligula, and Commodus.

Egabalus would be a worthy addition too, thanks though, love that massive granite headed barbarian Thrax
