Technically, BGG doesn’t own an empire (unless he wants to kickstart the Second British Empire, in which case I will keep a close eye on him) and he’s just kind of the supervisor who keeps us in check. He has never openly stated he is part of the alliance, and he himself calls this the Quadruple Alliance.
