Okay, so I wasn't aware of the recent change preventing quizzes with 100 or more questions from getting nominated or featured. Therefore, I've now lopped off the top question that was answered correctly 100% of the time. For those who are interested, it was: "Who was the first President of the United States?"

Argh, I procrastinated responding to this comment! As a hardcore quiztaker (just like you), a suggestion of mine is to look up more information about the answers you missed, pore over details surrounding it for a few minutes, and eventually close whatever you've read, and then retake the quiz (I do it right after, but some people, like you, learn better by taking it over time.) Have you ever tried that? Just wanted to give a suggestion.

I used the standard JetPunk type-ins for AT&T. "And" is acceptable in place of the ampersand. As for the Swedish Chef, his nationality is referenced in the clue and is part of his Muppet name.

Actually, that has always been a point of contention about the song as the first two geologic features mentioned in the song - the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah River - are located almost exclusively in Virginia. Both barely nip the extreme tip of the eastern West Virginia panhandle, but they are generally synonymous with Virginia.
