Hawthorn doesn't have an E at the end. Also you should let multiple answer for ones with the same championship/wins. Ex: accept Rindt and Surtees for both of the boxes with 1 championship and 6 wins.

yeah thanks for that, didn't spot the E on the end of Hawthorn. Also I don't know how to make multiple answers for the same box but thanks for the suggestion
