City proper, not metro area. For Hawaiian Time, it is census designed places.
As of 2019, according to Wikipedia. Except for Alaskan Time which is 2018 and Hawaiian Time which is 2010.
One city is in a different time zone then the whole state it is in.

I fixed El Paso. Boston, Indianapolis, and D.C aren't big enough.
