For #12, an argument could be made that a 2nd answer in the list could also be considered to have a border (may be minimal, but they do touch).

So, your source is just the opinions of a couple of people even though others on the same page you reference claim the opposite.

I think it's disputable. The states do touch. However small the contact point is, one could still walk from state to state, thus crossing a border. Maybe best to just change one of the answer options to avoid more debate.
