About my "first incident" (Read description)

When I was shadowbanned Quizmaster said "The ban is permanent, sorry. This wasn't the first incident. You might be better served going to the other website", I don't know exactly what Quizmaster was talking about but, I think he is talking about the time I made an ALT and nominated 6 of my quizzes, I admit that was bad but, this means this was my second "incident" and ProximaCentauri told me she/he was given a third chance for something, so I think I should get a third chance even though I still think I did nothing wrong but, I know you guys all have your opinion.
