Jens is under Germany. Medals of East & West Germany and Germany today are all combined together. The other countries 'that do not exist anymore' are separate because they split into many countries and it's hard to devide medals between those countries (how many medals of Czechoslovakia belong to Slovakia and how many to Czech Republic etc...)
