Cities in the Fraser River Basin on the Map

The mighty Fraser River is the longest river in British Columbia, feeding some of its largest population centres. However, the river contains many hazards as it carves its way through mountain valleys and desert canyons, and therefore population along the river is sporadic. Can you name every population centre in its basin, containing at least 5000 people?

For Vancouver, I counted the entire region of Greater Vancouver to avoid awkward and controversial population centres like Ladner, Aldergrove or Tsawwassen.
