All Country's to Win a Marathon Medal at the Olympics

Try to name all of the nations who have won a medal in the Olympic Marathon since 1896. Includes the Women's marathon, held since 1984.
Rankings are calculated giving 4 points for gold, 2 for silver and 1 for bronze. If equal, then most gold, then most silver take precedence.
As of the Rio games of 2016. Includes results from the Intercalated Games of 1906 in Athens

In 1936, two Korean athletes, Sohn Kee-chung (Son Kitei) and Nam Sung-yong (Nan Shoryu), finished 1st and 3rd in the marathon respectively. They were however, forced to compete for Japan, as Japan had annexed the Korean peninsula without Korean consent in 1910. Korea was subject to forced "Japanization", and Korean people forced to adopt Japanese versions of their names. So Sohn Kee-chung was made to compete under name of Son Kitei, and Nam Sung-yong as Nan Shoryu. Officially these results are still listed as Japanese medals, though I have included the modified results in brackets for South Korea as well.
