I think that including "partly same" category is a great choice and goes with the spirit of the quiz, because for example Tunis and Tunisia have the same origin and are easily associated together.

It of course doesn't cover random similarities like Stockholm and Sverige (Sweden in Swedish) starting with letter "s".
