Good quiz. A couple of factual points. I suggest that the question about the only country in Europe with active volcanos should specify "mainland Europe" (though then it only has one active volcano) - since Iceland has several. (BTW, Italy has three to my knowledge - Etna, Stromboli and Vesuvius). Also, does France have any territory in Asia? If so, which? I thought that the only country still to retain territory on all seven continents was UK.

yes, i made a couple of mistakes since it's one of my first quizzes. Anyway Vesuvius is a dormant volcano, so it's not extinct but hasn't erupted for years (I think last Vesuvius' eruption was in 1944)
