Former Home Grounds of English Football Clubs #2

Can you name the teams that used to call these football grounds home? #1 can be found here.
All of these stadiums were the long-term home grounds of Football League (EFL) clubs or clubs that have since gone on to play in the League. The majority of these clubs are currently members of the League.
One of these grounds was home to a Welsh team that plays in the English league system.
