All Language Families with a Map

Can you name all the world's language families on the map below?
Isolates, creoles, pidgins, and unclassified languages are not included.
The distinctions between families leans conservative (meaning no Nilo-Saharan) but is ultimately still arbitrary.
Extinct families are not included, with the exception of language families indigenous to areas that have undergone colonisation, where the most recent pre-contact distribution of languages is shown on the map.

Amazing quiz, but I think you should update a few things

1. The Utian (Miwok-Costanoan) family is accepted by Glottolog and Ethnologue, so I think it should be added.

2. Tasmanian is not actually a family, but a geographic grouping

3. I know you said that this quiz is subjective, but I think you should split apart Darwin region and Northeast Sudanic as they are not very well proven.

thanks!

utian was split by accident, I was working on the svgs for this and the subfamilies quiz concurrently and I neglected to merge them for this quiz. they should be covered by the same type-ins now. I felt like this was too minor a change to edit the whole svg for considering uploading/compressing it was a whole ordeal and a half, so while they'll appear split they should functionally be merged now.

I put tasmanian & darwin as a single family just for convenience's sake.

the decision to include NE sudanic was meant as a compromise between completely splitting up east sudanic or having all of it. the latter is probably the more 'better known' classification and the former I felt was too unwieldy. I know this is arbitrary and subjective but there are dozens of decisions like this that I made and I really think this is a major flaw of the quiz. I definitely want to revisit it and completely rethink the classifications more objectively sometime in the future.

Nice quiz! Would be nice to accept Eskimo-Aleut as well.

thanks! that was always supposed to be a type-in but I messed up the regex apparently. it should be fixed now!
