Fun quiz--not my sphere of expertise! I do have several suggestions to shore up the English usage.

Question 4, noun should be possessive ("bacteria's").

Question 5, "sphere-shaped" needs a hyphen; I had to reread the question to understand that we were not asking about "what sphere."

Question 10 should read "which bacterium," since the usage is singular and not plural.

Question 14, "tail" goes with "flagellum," whereas "tails" goes with "flagella."

Again, fun quiz--wish I remembered what I learned in biology decades ago!
