Méiyǒu means "without"/"don't have" in Mandarin. No should be "Bù" or "Bùshi" instead.

I did some more research and did not see the words you have for Mandarin. I did find the following:

zhèng què. Yes.

正确。

cuò wù. No.

Well there are many ways to say yes and no. Your translation above mean "correct" and "wrong". The simplest word for yes is shi 是 and no is bu 不
