All Premier League Stadiums Ever

Can you name every stadium to host a Premier League match?
Some grounds will require the word “Stadium” in the answer and some won’t. This depends on how they are customarily called.
Stadiums are listed under the name they bore when they last hosted a Premier League game. Any that have undergone a name change since their club was relegated will still be given as an acceptable answer.
