The pre-columbian societies in Central America were the Mayas and the Aztecs and, if you include the Caribbean in Central America as if often (though inaccurately) done, then you have the Caribs, the Arawaks and the Tainos among others.

The first question doesn't make sense. Should be "city" not "cities".

The San Blas natives' name is given as Kuna or Cuna, but not Guna.
