I do not see any connections between many of these words. this is confusing

I'm not sure how this is a word ladder. Usually in a word ladder you continually change one letter to get a different word.

Okay, so it's not a word ladder in the traditional sense, changing one letter at a time. Each word *sort of* resembles the one above it. Please try some of my other word ladder quizzes and see if it they make more sense to you.
